The complex interplay of topics surrounding migration and education is not only intended to provide a historical backdrop to current debates but also holds significant potential for understanding pedagogical relations in times of intensifying geopolitical conflicts.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><b>Goethe Institutes as Transnational Educational Spaces \u2013 On the Relationship Between &#8220;Education&#8221; and Foreign Cultural Policy at the Goethe Institutes of the 1970s and 1980s<br \/><\/b><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0em;\">This provisional title describes my habilitation project, in which I aim to analyze the educational and cultural policy of the Federal Republic of Germany through the lens of the Goethe Institutes of the 1970s and 1980s. Further details on the methodology, sources, and analytical approaches will follow as they become more concretely defined.
